I would improve Baruch to improve new media by increasing awareness. People should create events or hang flyers on the third floor of the clubroom. The flyers should tell students to follow them on social media websites such as Facebook or Instagram. The events should be interesting, so this could persuade students to come and show up. For example, some incentives might be food, drinks, or games. Then the events should have a speaker telling them to follow them on social media or have them have big words on a banner so that it is visible for students. People should post the events on social media, so this will help engage students to follow their media account because events are exclusively posted to social media websites. The only way in the events is to take out your phone and show that you follow Baruch. This is an easy strategy for Baruch to gain many followers.
